Un exces de NO da nastere unui elecment deosebit de toxic: radicalul peroxinitrit. <br \/>\r\nAcest compus activeaz\u0103 enzime mari consumatoare de energie, produce alter\u0103ri ale ADN-ului, particip\u0103 la oxidarea hemoglobinei \u015fi mioglobinei.<br \/>\r\nIn general, un exces de oxid nitric prezent \u00een expira\u0163ia unei persoane este un indicator al inflama\u0163iei \u0163esuturilor vii, al deregl\u0103rilor celulare si stresului biologic.<br \/>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<\/p><p>Acest studiu a fost realizat in anul 2001 de c\u0103tre D<a href=\"cercetatori-cmo\/stepanov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r. E.V. STEPANOV <\/a>(Institutul de Biofizica &#8211; Moscova), expert OMS. <em>Au participat persoane care nu mai utilizaser\u0103 niciodat\u0103 telefoane mobile<\/em>.<\/p>\r\nStudiul de fa\u0163\u0103 a pus \u00een eviden\u0163\u0103 cre\u015fterea cu 40% a concentra\u0163iei de Oxid Nitric expirat de c\u0103tre un utilizator al telefonului portabil fara protec\u0163ie CMO \u00een compara\u0163ie cu nivelul normal. De exemplu, activarea guanilat-ciclaza de c\u0103tre NO conduce la transformarea GTP \u00een GMPc.
