Caracteristica esen\u021bial\u0103 a unui coloid este talia \u00eentre 1-100 nm pe una dintre dimensiuni, de aceea sunt numi\u021bi ast\u0103zi <strong>nanoparticule<\/strong> \u0219i vom vedea mai jos importan\u021ba acestei dimensiuni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Coloizii nu sunt ceva abstract: toate proteinele au o structur\u0103 coloidal\u0103, ADN-ul este \u0219i el un coloid.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/coloid.jpg\"\/><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>La suprafa\u021ba nucleului coloidal se g\u0103se\u0219te un strat de <a href=\"http:\/\/chimie195.blogspot.ro\/2015\/01\/ioni.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ioni<\/a>, re\u021binu\u021bi stabil, denumit \u201estrat determinant de poten\u021bial\u201d. Apoi urmeaz\u0103 un strat de ioni pozitivi \u0219i negativi mai dispersa\u021bi, numit \u201estrat difuz\u201d, care asigur\u0103 stabilitatea \u0219i identitatea fa\u021b\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi coloizi. Tehnic vorbind, coloizii sunt ca ni\u0219te baterii cu polaritatea variabil\u0103: ba +, ba -, \u0219i a\u0219a reu\u0219esc s\u0103 nu se certe niciodat\u0103 cu vecinii.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Poten\u021bialul electric al particulei coloidale este datorat absorb\u021biei pe suprafa\u021ba sa (stratul difuz) a ionilor afla\u021bi \u00een mediul de dispersie, iar micile varia\u021bii de poten\u021bial electric ale stratului difuz permit cuplarea sau distan\u021barea de alte molecule coloidale. Ionii din stratul difuz emit o sarcin\u0103 electric\u0103 numit\u0103 <strong>poten\u021bial electrocinetic zeta<\/strong>, care \u00eempiedic\u0103 ciocnirea coloizilor \u00eentre ei \u0219i mai ales precipitarea lor &#8211; de unde stringenta necesitate ca alimenta\u021bia s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 ace\u0219ti ioni (minerale \u0219i oligoelemente) sub forma <strong>biodisponibil\u0103 \u0219i oligosinergic\u0103<\/strong>.
